Lisa Montgomerie

Lisa, who qualified as a Solicitor in 2007, joined the Wills and Probate Team in August 2017. Lisa is based in our Colchester Office and advises clients on a range of private client matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, applications to the Court of Protection and Estate and Trust Administration.

In 2009 Lisa was admitted as a Notary Public by the Master of Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury, having taken her Diploma in Notarial Practice at the University of Cambridge. Her work as Notary primarily includes preparing and overseeing the execution of legal documents for use all over the world.
