- We reserve the right to decline instructions if in our view the circumstances of the case make a fixed-fee arrangement unsuitable.
<br> - All other work not within the fixed-fee category will be charged at the fee earner's hourly rate.
<br> - All fixed-fee payments must be made in advance and in full.
<br> - All Court Fees and other disbursements payable within a fixed-fee category are payable by the client in addition to the fixed fee payment
