Wills and Probate

Bethany joined the firm in August 2024 and is due to qualify as a Solicitor after completing the SQE exams. After obtaining her LLB Law Degree (1:1) from the University of Kent, Bethany obtained her Masters of Law Degree from Nottingham Trent University in 2023 whilst working at an Ipswich Firm. Bethany has a specialist interest in the interaction between dementia and the law, having written a first-class undergraduate degree about dementia and advanced care directives.

Bethany is based at our Frinton office and helps clients in the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney applications, as well as estate planning, trusts and the administration of estates. She also is the current Chair of Suffolk & North Essex’s Junior Lawyer’s Division.

Outside of work, Bethany loves reading with her favourite authors including Sarah J Maas and Holly Jackson. She also enjoys live theatre and concerts such as Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, Wicked and Heathers. Bethany can often be found going for walks at the coast with her family’s dog, Riley.
