Ian Richardson

Ian has specialised in Family Law since 1995 and has been with the firm since 1998. He is an accredited Family Law Specialist Solicitor with Resolution (www.resolution.org.uk) and an accredited All Issues Family Mediator with The Family Mediation Council (www.familymediationcouncil.org.uk).

Ian has also trained as a Collaborative Lawyer and is a member of the Colchester Collaborative Lawyers local practice group (www.collaborativelawyerscolchesters.co.uk).

Ian offers advice in all areas of Family Law but has a particular interest in financial settlements upon divorce or other relationship breakdown.

Ian is also qualified to undertake Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMs).
