Malina Preda

Malina joined Sparlings Solicitors in 2023 as a Trainee Solicitor and she successfully qualified as a Solicitor in January 2025. 

Malina is based in our Colchester office, and she is part of our family team advising in all aspects of family law with particular interest on children matters.

Malina is passionate about supporting clients though the most challenging and difficult moments of their lives. With her friendly, compassionate, and straightforward approach, she strives to make the legal process as clear as possible, ensuring her clients achieve the best possible outcomes.  Where possible, Malina is willing to undertake her own advocacy, but always ensures the Court proceedings are the very last resort.

Outside of work, Malina enjoys spending time with her family and reading books.
